Catfish Chili

      Yield: 4 Servings

      2 lb catfish fillets,chunked

      1 c  green pepper,Chopped

      2 T  butter

      2    cloves garlic,Minced

  1 1/2 t  salt

      1 lb red kidney beans

      1 lb can tomatoes,undrained

      6 oz tomato paste

Saute green pepper and garlic in butter until tender. Add seasonings.
