Mescalero Chili
Yield: 8 Servings
3 lb rough beef,Ground
2 lb rough pork,Ground
2 medium
onions,Chopped
5 cloves
of garlic,Minced
2 T oy sauce
1 T absco sauce
2 c omato sauce 1/2
c omato paste 1/2
c hopped bell pepper (green) 1/2
c hopped bell pepper (red)
5 whole
jalapeno~ peppers
6 T asa harina
1 12 oz.
beer
12 oz water
3 T f cumin,Ground
1 t oney Put beer and water into a large pot and bring to a
boil. Add tomato sauce, soy sauce, and salt to taste. Fry meat &
then add to pot. Saute the onions and Bell peppers in the meat grease
and add to pot. Add tomato paste and all other ingredients. Cook for
45 minutes |
