Quick Chili

 

      Yield: 4 Servings

 

    1/2 lb ground beef,Extra Lean

      1 cn kidney beans,drained (save

           -the liq,uid, 15« oz)

    1/3 c  bean liquid

      1 c  no salt added tomato,Canned

           -puree

      1 T  minced onion,Instant

  1 1/2 T  chili powder

 

Cook beef in hot fry pan until lightly browned. Drain off fat.

 

Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil.

 

Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 10 minutes. This will make 4

servings of about 3/4 cup each.
