Cincinnati Skyline Chili
Yield: 8 Servings
2 lb beef,Ground
3 c ,water
15 oz tomato sauce 1/4
t garlic power
2 bay
leaves
1 onion,chopped
1 t cinnamon,Ground
1 t worcestershire
sauce 1 1/2
t salt
2 t cumin 1 1/2
t vinegar
1 T chili powder 1 1/2
t allspice,Ground 1/2
t red pepper,Crushed Mix ground beef and water until soupy.
Mix in other ingredients. Simmer, uncovered 3 hours.
Stir occasionally. Note: Top with grated Cheddar, onions, chili beans
or use as sauce |
